Karen Q. Custodio, Ph.D. Director and Assistant Professor Dr. Karen Q. Custodio is the current Director of the Institute of Cooperatives and Bio-Enterprise Development (ICOPED), College of Economics and Management (CEM), University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) effective March 2024. She completed Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Agricultural Economics at the University of the Philippines Los Baños and recently obtained her Ph.D. degree in Social Enterprise at Deakin University in Australia.
