CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts

1. Contributors must make sure that their submitted abstract has not been presented yet in any other conferences before and should follow the guidelines provided below:

1. Should be no more than 600 words
2. Title: Times New Roman, size 14, bold, centered
3. Author(s)’ name and affiliation: Name (Font size 10, centered, italics), Designation, institution and email addresses (Font size 10, centered, italics)
4. Body: size 14, justified
5. Keywords: A list of 3-4 keywords. Times New Roman, size 12, normal, flush left, words which are proper nouns should have capital letter at the start
6. Must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx)
7. Abstracts must be written in English
8. Format for the abstract may be found at ICOPED Website (https://www.icoped.com)
9. Submit your abstracts to Abstract Submmision Form or on this link: https://bit.ly/ICOOP2022AbstractSF until ​                     15 OCTOBER 2022.
10. All contributed abstracts will undergo a review process by the Scientific Paper Committee of ICOOP2022 after which, the result of the review and notices of acceptance will be sent out on  22 OCTOBER 2022. Contributors are allowed to submit and present more than one paper. 
11. Pre-recorded video guideline for accepted abstracts

• ​Authors must prepare a pre-recorded presentations in .mp4 format that do not exceed 15 minutes
• Orientation must be in landscape
• Pre-recorded presentations must be in English
• There must be a proper headroom, half body shot.
• Use the background provided
• Must be free from any possible distraction (pets, children, etc) and location must have good lighting
• Audio must be clear with no background noise.
• Save the file using the paper presenter’s last name, first name, and affiliation (e.g. delaCruz, Maria_UPLB)
• Submit your videos to: [email protected] by 31 OCTOBER 2022.

Conference Fee

There is no registration fee for the conference. However, for oral paper presenters, kindly go through the price table below for prices.
